Refund policy

Returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Under our commercial return policy, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to request a return

Email mercatinopanda@gmail.com with your order number and product details. Please wait for our instructions before shipping. Returns sent without a prior request are not accepted under the commercial return policy.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Contact the same email address with any return questions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or different from your order so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Exceptions to the commercial return policy

Some categories are excluded from the commercial return policy: perishable goods, custom or made-to-order products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded. Contact us if you have questions about your item. These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

To buy a different product, first request a return for the item you received and, once accepted, place a separate new order.

Right of withdrawal for purchases in the European Union

For distance purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. This right is separate from our 30-day commercial return policy and remains subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. Email mercatinopanda@gmail.com with your order number for instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and tell you whether it is approved. If approved under the commercial return policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. Statutory refund deadlines for withdrawal remain unaffected.
